The story of Peter Pan? Yeah… it didn’t go quite the way you’ve heard. You see, Hook’s name is James. James Barrie. And he met Wendy Darling when they were eight years old. 

Peter is the bad boy that gets what he wants, even if he has to blackmail, or worse, to get his way. But what will happen when he pushes Wendy too far? 

This book takes place during the events of The Forgotten Beast. This is the villain’s story.

Abusive Relationships

Hook grows up in an abusive household (father is a drunk and abuses both his mother and him, eventually killing her)

Peter is an asshole and some of his actions are considered abusive or manipulative

Alcohol

Multiple characters drink, both recreationally and destructively

Assault

Hook’s mother is beaten and killed. Hook is also abused as a child. Peter is rough many times with his sexual partners.

Bullying

Peter is a narcissistic sadist. He will do whatever he needs to to get what he wants.

Cheating

Wendy does not want to be Peter’s “girlfriend” he does have her in a semi-committed fuck-buddy situation. While she is away from the castle, he has sex with another woman.

Child Abuse

Hook’s father is abusive. He is later imprisoned for killing Hook’s mother.

Death & Murder

This book tells the villain’s side from The Forgotten Beast. There is war related death, along with the murder of Hook’s mother (not on page).

Emotional Abuse

Peter is constantly blackmailing Wendy into being with him. He continually threatens her with her brothers’ lives.

Rape

This includes both non-con (not on page), and dub-con (every time he tells Wendy do this… or else)
